Enter the magic of Valencia

We begin our tour at the Torres de Serranos, the main entrance to the medieval walled city. From there we will embark on a fascinating journey through time, discovering the history of Valencia and its intimate relationship with the River Turia. You will learn about the Tribunal de las Aguas, the oldest continuously operating court in the world, and discover the hidden secrets of the Fallas, declared a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Discover the jewels of the old town

We will pass through the Plaza de la Virgen, the heart of the old town, and enter the Basilica, Roman remains which form part of the Cathedral. Our walking tour will then take us to the charming Barrio del Carmen, a maze of narrow streets and hidden squares with a bohemian and artistic atmosphere. Later, we will admire the Palacio de la Generalitat, the symbol of the Valencian government; the Miguelete and the cathedral’s bell tower, from where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city. A trip would not be complete without a visit to the majestic Lonja de la Seda, a Gothic masterpiece.

Finish your experience at the Mercado Central

We end our private tour of Valencia at the Mercado Central (Central Market), a modernist building where you can take in a myriad of aromas, colours and flavours and sample the fresh and typical products of Valencian cuisine.

Torres de Serranos, from there we will begin a walking tour of the old town of Valencia.

🛳️If you arrive in Valencia by cruise, you can take the Shuttle Bus, it drops you directly at the Torres de Serranos.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Purchase conditions

Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions and confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the Customer confirming the details of the purchase made.

Valencia&Go will accept cancellations of orders under the conditions indicated to continuation. To make the cancellation you must request it by sending an e-mail to reservas@valenciaandgo.com.

You must bear in mind that:

– Reservations for walking tours, excursions, and experiences can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours in advance.

– We do not accept changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours (except for force majeure such as: cruises that cannot dock, canceled flights or disabling illness with medical proof from the same day of the excursion)

– We will not be held responsible if the clients don’t arrive at the meeting point in reached in time, and we will not reimburse the amounts paid. Even when the direction provided by the client is not correct.

– The tours and excursions have a minimum number of participants of 4 people, if we do not reach the minimum we will offer another day to carry out the activity or we will proceed to reimburse it.

All reserved and paid products may be changed due to force majeure (bad weather, overbooking...), as long as the cancellation is caused by Valencia&Go, the client will receive the full money.

Valencia&Go will not be responsible for errors caused in the client's collection when the email address, telephone number or collection address entered by the Client in the reservation form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.

The Customer must check that all the purchase data are correct, a once the purchase has been confirmed. If you find an error, you must notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Valencia&Go will not be responsible for the errors committed by the client when selecting the product and the desired date.

Consequently, the client will only have the right to complain about imperfections when he has fulfilled his obligations of examination and claim of errors, whenever he exercises his action within 24 hours after the confirmation of the purchase, and always, at least 24 hours before the date confirmed in the wrong product. Once this period has elapsed, the client will lose any right to claim, understanding the product received in full compliance.
