We’ll begin with a visit to a traditional Valencian vermouth stall, where you’ll discover the story and unique handmade process behind this beloved drink. It includes a tasting with an explanation — the perfect way to awaken your appetite.
Then, we’ll continue our stroll through the heart of the historic center, stopping at two traditional Valencian bars to enjoy typical tapas paired with local drinks. Throughout the tour, our guide will share the roots, anecdotes, and curious facts that have shaped Valencian cuisine.
